Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns:

First, email info@kyleandkale.com and stated your return needs and/or concerns.

Please consider that all items (except tees) are handmade and uniquely created. You may return most new, unopened items within 7 business days of delivery for a full refund, excluding the shipping cost. Shipping back to Kyle & Kale is at the returners expense. Please purchase shipment tracking to ensure your packaged is delivered back to us successfully. 

Once your return is received, we will notify you via email that your returned pacakge was successfully received and that an inspect of the items will occur shortly afterwards. Items MUST be in their original sell condition. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to Kyle & Kale. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once a return payment has been processed.
