Payment:

100% Secure online payment of credit cards via PayPal or by payment of Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express in US currency. Kyle & Kale does not have viewing privileges of any customer's debit or credit card information.

Privacy Act:

Kyle & Kale does not share any customer information to any person or business. We run our business by a strict code of business ethics.

Shipping:

Ground shipping by the U. S. Postal Service is our preferred method of shipment.

Ground shipping costs for Continental United States is set at a rate of $5.35 regardless of the quantity or cost of the order. (HOORAY ~ shop all day)

Shipping is available to residential, businesses, and P. O. Boxes within the United States of America and also to military APO and AFO addresses.

2nd Day Delivery is available at $30.00. Please keep in mind that 2nd Day Delivery occurs after the 1-2 day order processing.

Delivery Time:

Delivery times do vary but most products that are not made-to-order ships within  48 days after order processing. Please allow the time for your order to process (1-2 days) and for shipment delivery (U. S. Postal Service).

Returns & Exchanges:

Our return policy is 100% credit or exchange no matter whose fault it is. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange or refund it, please see details below:

Items MUST be returned within 15 days of order shipping receipt (when items were shipped from Kyle & Kale to your address). Items MUST be in it's new and original condition with the 
original tags attached.

Customers will incur any and all return shipping fees.

Please email us at info@kyleandkale.com for a Return Authorization Form before you return your items.

Please fill out the Return Authorization Form and mail it along with your returning items.

Damaged Shipment:

If you receive a damaged freight shipment (box is damaged on the outside), please note the damages on the bill of lading before the delivery truck leaves. Please email us immediately with details of the damaged shipment. We will work with the delivery company to repair or replace the damaged item as soon as possible.
